Honestly the doctor we seen was amazing with my children, he put in the effort to make them feel comfortable and relaxed. Well worth the private Sunday fees! Thank you for making this mums trip there a little bit easier
Dr Ripley has shown so much care, been very thorough and gone above and beyond. She is always happy and up for a chat and I feel very comfortable with her. Nice to find a doctor who has the time and patience for you. Pls don’t leave now that I’ve found a doctor I trust and have faith in.
Even though I have moved from the area I still come back to the Craigie Med Ctr. I feel we have the right doctors for our kids and for ourselves when needed. I can nearly always get an app when needed by using the online booking system. And I like that they have several services available onsite such as having blood taken, ultrasounds, xrays etc.
Would not recommend. Recently became an uncle and needed the Whopping Cough jab. They required me to book an $85 doctors appointment so I could be referred to their nurse for the $50 jab. What's the point of taking up the GP's time for literally a 30second referral to their own centre? Chemist can do it straight away for $50. Just seems like a money making exercise to me. Steer clear if possible!
I would not recommend for several reasons. When I was 16 weeks pregnant I asked my GP for a referral to see a midwife. I was told they will fax it to the hospital and a midwife will reach out to me so we can book an appointment. 4 weeks later, nothing happened, so I called Craigie to follow up. Lady from reception said they will re-send. 2 weeks later, nothing happened. I booked an appointment to follow up, bear in mind I had to pay for it. They realised they have a wrong fax number.
