Usually good for last minute appointments. I have been lucky enough with the help of the doctors so far and have only had one case where it was a complete waste of time and money
I have seen Dr Ripley for the past few years now and I am always greeted with a smile which makes me feel at ease immediately. I feel very comfortable talking to her about my medical issues. Dr Ripley never rushes me through an appointment, always listening carefully to my medical concerns then provides clear explanations for her treatment choices. I’ve been seeing Dr Victoria Ripley for almost two years now. As you would expect from a highly experienced GP, she’s always been incredibly professional. However, what truly sets her apart is her level of empathy and understanding, especially during what have been some challenging times for me. I’m incredibly grateful to have someone so supportive and compassionate in my life and have absolutely no reservations in recommending her to anyone.
Bought my daughter to this centre as our regular GP was unavailable and there were available appointments here. Made the appointment online. When we arrived (on time), we were advised that the doctor had 'popped out' and they weren't sure how long he intended on being, and also that he still had 2 other patients waiting that needed to be seen before us. Pretty unimpressed.
ROAD RAGING DOCTOR I had an appointment here a few months back and was road raged by an older man in the carpark for parking in a public spot that I happened to get to before him. It was intense and I was very shaken. Incredibly, I was gobsmacked to see him moments later CALLING FOR A PATIENT. He's a Dr at the clinic. I checked on leaving that I hadn't parked in a staff bay, but those are around the back and I parked at the front so that definitely wasn't what happened.
