I was so glad to still be offered bulk billing with my concession card. I felt very cared for by all staff, I saw a Dr, had bloods taken and had ultrasounds done also and was treated with dignity and respect at all times. Very grateful for the care. Will be my new local Dr surgery for sure!
I've had a positive experience with Dr. Ripley, she is very kind and knowledgeable. I had an iron infusion recently, and both she and the nurse (I believe his name is Dennis) made me feel at ease, especially since I’m afraid of needles. My husband has also been seeing Dr. Calderbank for a while and is happy with him too. So, we highly recommend both doctors at this practice. The centre is also spotless and welcoming.
Dr Philip Calderbank has been incredibly kind and patient with my little boy, who is autistic (Level 3) and nonverbal. He never rushed us during appointments and was always so gentle. My son normally hates being touched, but Dr Philip has a wonderful way of building trust through calm and respectful techniques. We felt truly supported and understood. Highly recommended!
Honestly the doctor we seen was amazing with my children, he put in the effort to make them feel comfortable and relaxed. Well worth the private Sunday fees! Thank you for making this mums trip there a little bit easier
I spoke with Delores on reception yesterday with a rather long-winded explanation of my call, with a follow up call today to add further information. Delores had alerted the relevant practitioner about this and I want to acknowledge her initiative and her attention to the issue - it has been much appreciated!
