First time coming to this practice. I recently moved to the northern suburbs of Perth. Upon personal recommendations I saw Dr Ripley. She was amazing. Super happy with how she listened and put a plan in place. I see why she is booked out a couple of weeks in advance now. Thank you!
I followed my GP here from another medical centre. This one is huge, spacious and very new-looking with numerous different and varied facilities and very friendly, helpful staff. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was a) the Ladies' toilet was very messy as nobody had put toilet rolls in their holders; also the blow dryer wasn't working - plus no paper towels, the most hygenic way to dry hands and also needed to wipe spills etc - and b) it has so many different specialty areas that I got confused following directions on w... read more
Due to the unavailability of my previous clinic,I was recommended to Cragie Medical Centre by family,as a reliable and friendly service,easily reached from my home. Since attending ,I have not been disappointed by what I found. A modern clinic with associated services attached,providing 1st class care.
Booked on line using the centres recommended app only to turn up for my appointment to find that something had happened and the doctor had taken the day off. I had replied Yes to their confirmation text. Yes they had rung me on Friday ONCE and I had rung them TWICE but no one picked up. It seems they are too busy processing payments to answer the phone or ring more than once. The practice manager stayed hidden in their office. Thanks Craigie Medical and Dental Centre for your lack of professionalism yet again.
Wow what a change for the better ! I have had a range of experiences with doctors at Craigie medical centre over the years, some not great and often as a last resort in truth but recently I got very lucky indeed and found my new long term doctor here, Dr Ripley. Dr Ripley is just brilliant ( kind caring and an exceptional practitioner) I can honestly say that I’m extremely impressed and very relieved to have found a quality doctor who I trust.
