The doctors here are excellent, but the wait times are incredibly frustrating. They seem to be overbooking appointments, which leads to significant delays. Despite arriving 10 minutes early as requested, I often end up waiting 40 minutes to an hour past my scheduled appointment time (no matter what doctor I book with). This isn't an isolated incident, it's been a consistent issue during my visits. Patients have busy lives, with commitments and jobs to return to, and these long wait times are simply unacceptable.
Dr Ripley is fantastic. Easy to talk to, she explains everything you need to know and always follows up on results. She is very understanding and good at putting me at ease. Highly recommend her as a GP.
Craigie is not my usual GP due to location, but I can always get an appointment quickly. Today, Dr Durston was on time, very thorough and professional. The centre is clean, spacious with friendly staff.
I visited Craigie Medical and Dental Centre primarily because my doctor from Bunbury works here two days a week. I’m so glad I did! This practice is a fantastic one-stop medical centre—clean, well-organised, and staffed with friendly professionals. The standout for me is Dr. Murtaza, an exceptional doctor who has been a blessing to my family. The quality of care provided here is top-notch, and it’s evident that the practice is home to some of the best practitioners around. Highly recommended.
A simple question of ‘will my child be bulk billed or is this dr private billing’ is something I assumed a receptionist should know. Unfortunately I was told I would find out after the appointment. When I asked if she could please check with the dr as it was for a script She said no she cannot. I ended up googling the answer and found it easily.
