I had a great experience with Cova. The team is professional, welcoming, and really takes the time to listen. The environment is calm and supportive, which made me feel comfortable from the start. I appreciate the thoughtful approach and the practical strategies that have helped me. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and caring psychology clinic.
Highly qualified and trained, sensitive staff, best practice approach to treatment, respectful and compassionate. Cova, and particularly Thomas Cartmill, provide excellent service, treatment and real world strategies to health and relationship conditions. Highly recommend them.
I’ve had such a great experience with Cova. My psych has been super caring, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve learned so much about my ADHD, and I finally feel like I really understand it and how it affects me. It’s made a huge difference in how I manage things day to day. I always feel heard and supported, highly recommend.
Wasted my time- recommended a psychologist that only works one day a week. Seems they only care about bringing clients in and then not communicating their availability accurately. I was told 2 different things by 2 different receptionists. Time was definitely wasted & they don’t try to troubleshoot, just try to move you on to another psychologist after I told my entire story to someone I had never told before. Really shocking and horrible experience- I won’t be saying very nice things about Cova.
Highly recommend Cova - an incredibly professional and accommodating practice. Bree’s ability to create a safe, comfortable environment and engage in a curious, non-judgemental and creative approach is particularly impactful.
