I took my daughter and asked for her to see a GP yesterday. Was told by the receptionist that they rarely have any GP's on hand. This is pretty terrible as you'd think they'd have GP's available on a Thursday mid-afternoon. They seemed to be extremely short staffed in terms of GP's. It really wasn't worth our time going there. We walked around the corner to the Corrimal Healthcare centre on Princess Hwy, which is located behind Priceline, and was able to get my daughter to see a GP immediately and without any issues.
Doctor Evans is thorough, friendly and professional. My appointments have always been on time and have never felt rushed. A call out to the friendly and efficient front desk staff.
My wife became I’ll over the long weekend. She was given an appointment with Dr Mark Evans very promptly. The attention she received was excellent and Dr Evans contacted her very quickly with test results. This is an excellent facility.
Service at the time was okay, however an admin mistake was made when sending me my results resulting in only 1/8 of the tests coming through. Now they are refusing to hand over the rest of my results without me booking and paying for another appointment, even though reception has accepted that it is an admin problem on their end and no fault of mine. I cannot recommend this practice.
Warm welcome from both the assistants at the counter and Dr Barnett Musiime who received my sons and us. The consultation moment was a pleasant one and is a great contribution to the health recovery process as the doctor went deep in his diagnosis. Thanks to all the personal for maintaining this high standard of humanity share in your professional practice.
