Dr Alison Scott is a truly wonderful GP. She always takes the time to listen carefully and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Her calm and gentle manner makes you feel completely at ease. And she types incredibly fast — the fastest I’ve ever seen! Such an efficient and caring doctor, truly an angel.
After the fiasco of last Tuesday's visit(26th August),receiving sub-standard treatment at the hands of this GP ,to say the least,I will not be returning to this centre. Also,trying to speak to anyone at reception????Trying to return a call and being put on hold for ages and ages,only never receiving a call-back,despite keeping the phone close by all day?? How hard is it to be able to speak to someone straight away without always being put on hold?
Brilliant medical centre! I’ve been for Urgent Care and a GP appointment with acupuncture and each time was fantastic, doctors handled me efficiently and really focused on helping with my pain. The Urgent care was much faster and more effective than my visit to the Wollongong Emergency department the week prior who offered little to no solutions, and to add to the experience the Corrimal Medical Centre itself is beautifully decorated, the staff are lovely and it feels a lot nicer to wait when the energy is calm and chairs ar... read more
I had a very bad experience today with DR Zafar I am totally blind. He did not introduce himself to me, then refused to complete NDIS forms. He even stated that he would not complete a medical report as he was supposed to be finished work at 12pm and it was 12:30. I had booked an extended appointment. Also, he had a student DR in the room, and did not let me know they were present. Dr Zafar was extremely rude and I would not recommend him. Have really enjoyed my experience with my appointments at the medical centre. Dr Muslime is amazing. Very thorough and empathetic. Longest I have waited is 5 minutes. Excellent service .Can get your bloods done there and help in the treatment room. My new medical centre to go to.
