After a frustrating and financially damaging experience, I want to warn other property owners considering Coral Tree. The clearest failure involved the water invoices for our property. Coral Tree received the notices and sat on them for a full month before passing them on. By the time they reached us, the window to legally invoice the previous tenant under Queensland's RTA rules had already closed — leaving us, the owners, to absorb a bill that was never ours to pay. Happy to take money but when it comes to standard safety requests, certain property managers would argue and balk at them. I feel the sale team is far different to the rental team.

Renting through Coral Tree Property has been our worst renting experience ever! We were offered an 8 month lease on a property but we weren't told the property was in the process of being sold. We waited several weeks for repairs and maintenance required on the property because of a dispute over whether the new or old owner would do it.
