I have been coming to this Clinic for over 20 years. I never have to wait long. Booking online is easy. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes I have to go to another clinic doctor because my regular doctor is unavailable. Each other doctor has been very professional. I like the fact that my records are there which makes the whole process quicker. I would follow my regular GP anywhere. She is wonderful. Gloria.
Dr Abelev provided an extremely clear excellent explanation of imaging results and specialist terminology in a way that enabled me to get a good understanding of my results and the follow up action required. Her clarity enabled me to identify with precision the questions I am to ask the follow up specialist. A clear explanation is very important in both empowering patients (without it you can be floundering), providing a sense of patient /doctor team work and promoting good management of health care. Cooper St Clinic doctors are amongst the most caring and professional team i have encountered over the many years i have been a patient with them. We love Cooper St. I have been going there since I was a child and now my daughter goes there. Every doctor is caring and goes above and beyond with investigating when things are going wrong or even when things aren’t - very vigilant. We see Dr Nora Abelev who is amazing.
Dr kausae is the best doctor. She is compassionate and extremely knowlegable. You couldn't want any better in a Doctor. I have dealt with many Doctors but none as proffesional and caring as she is. I cant reccomend her highly enough Chris Sarno
