We had technician Steven perform our annual pest & termite inspection on 30/6/25. You immediately know when a service provider respects your property, when they take off their shoes before entering your residence and full kudos to Steven for his work ethics. During and after the inspection, Steven fully briefed me on his findings and any queries that I asked. He was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you, Steven.
Ravi was great. I received a txt when Ravi was a few minutes away. He communicated with me to solve any little issues before launching into his duties. Ravi was approachable & followed through on any enquiries I had. He was thorough in his work & pleasant to work with.
