One telephone call was all that was required. Bethany arranged a suitable time and was informative about the services available and the indicative cost. We were kept informed about the upcoming appointment and the arrival time of the technician. Steven the pest control expert did a thorough inspection and a careful treatment. He described what he was doing and what he was finding and provided a clear written report by email soon after finishing the treatment. This was excellent.
