Wade carried out full inspection of the house, each room, upstairs and down. Plus an office which was accessed externally. I had previously removed all indoor furniture and outdoor furniture from the walls, prior to his arrival. He also accessed the ceiling void inside the house and also a smaller one in the carport. He performed the usual tasks and mentioned before he left that no evidence of termites was present .
