I saw Mike at Complete Concept Physiotherapy. His treatment plans were clear, pragmatic, achievable and when followed correctly delivered outstanding improvement to my health and wellbeing. No quick fixes that don’t last! A really outstanding physiotherapist.
I had been treated by a good chiropractor and a couple of physios for lower back issues. Then I hurt it twice within 3 months and said, enough, got to fix this. My wife had been treated by Regan years ago and I drove 40mins to his clinic. The difference was two fold. He listened to my story and said the other folk have treated the symptoms, not the cause. I saw Regan for treatment of tennis elbow, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the first appointment, he demonstrated a strong understanding of the condition and took the time to explain what was causing my pain and how we would treat it. The treatment plan was very targeted, combining hands-on therapy with specific exercises that I could continue at home and at the gym.
