2 stars for the lovely treatment of my dog on his visit. Lacking 3 stars for the price gouging. $500 for a consult, biopsy only to be told they don’t know what it is, just that it’s not cancer…. Yet. So they charged another $400 for medication that might do something. He’s a big boy so I expected it. After finishing the course we were quoted over $3k for them to maybe remove the lump then send him to a specialist for more $$$. I've only been met with the upmost compassion and incredible service. Their knowledge is beyond amazing and their separate areas for the cats is great. Great facilities but very unhappy with the service received….. booked in to see a vet but mistakenly went to the incorrect vet rather than telling us we didn’t have a booking soon arrival they said we did have a booking so had no idea we were at the wrong vet, after 50mins and paying for a shave that was not completed correctly our cat had had enough didn’t end up seeing the vet for the issue we had originally booked in for, so we have a half shaven cat with the same health concern… called and spoke to the owner Matt who sai... read more
