Took my elderly rabbit in for a checkup and the staff were absolutely wonderful to my partner and I even though they were quite busy. Our bunny was handled with care by everyone that touched him. The new building is a convenient location and they seem to still have dedicated parking out back. I think you can access it from the side street parallel to Baan Baan.
Staff are very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Service is great and the set up is terrific for all animals. I love the separate cat waiting area to ensure that your pets stress levels are kept as low as possible. Thank you to all the staff for everything you do ❤️
2 stars for the lovely treatment of my dog on his visit. Lacking 3 stars for the price gouging. $500 for a consult, biopsy only to be told they don’t know what it is, just that it’s not cancer…. Yet. So they charged another $400 for medication that might do something. He’s a big boy so I expected it. After finishing the course we were quoted over $3k for them to maybe remove the lump then send him to a specialist for more $$$. I asked for the results of the biopsy to be told yes yes we will email, never received. Decid... read more
So incredibly impressed with this veterinarian clinic, every time I have called with an emergency their friendly staff are always happy to help regardless of how busy they are and have taken in the animal. They are professional and kind dealing with vulnerable people who want the best for their animals. Thank you for helping animals in need without any hesitation.
I've only been met with the upmost compassion and incredible service. Their knowledge is beyond amazing and their separate areas for the cats is great. Thank you for helping ease my anxiety and always being understanding with me, it goes a long way. I couldn't thank you more or recommend a vet more.
