I enrolled my daughter here at the end of April this year. She is now almost two and she's in two days a week in the toddler room and she absolutely loves it. After doing a few tours I realised despite how they look on the outside, that a lot of daycares feel very sterile, and I was concerned that my daughter would be just another number. Community Kids Glenella is a wonderful daycare centre and a real asset to the Mackay community. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels warm, welcoming, and genuinely focused on the children’s wellbeing and development. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Community Kids Glenella. The educators are genuinely caring, attentive, and passionate about what they do—they make every child feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Both staff and centre are FABULOUS! Our little one loves going to kindy here every week, she has grown so much under the care of her educators and we couldn't be happier that we chose community kids as her first experience with kindy. Thank you so much ladies!

Community Kids Glenella has been such a wonderful place for our child. The educators are warm, patient, and truly take the time to understand each child, and the director is hands-on and incredibly supportive. The animals are a standout — our child adores the birds, guinea pigs, and chickens and talks about them constantly. It’s these little touches that make the centre feel special, and we’re so grateful to be part of it.
