I highly recommend this childcare centre. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being and development of every child. It’s clear they create a warm and nurturing environment where kids feel safe and supported. The management team is equally impressive—professional, well-organised, and always approachable.

I can’t not fault the staff at Community Kids Caboolture. Their team so incredible, great cooks, great educators and great managers. It’s really a second home to my little toddler the care they provide is second to none. The app they use is easy to navigate, I like how they are open 0600-1830 being a shift worker these hours are fantastic! Would highly recommend Community Kids to anyone.

I am disgusted by the way management handles safety and communication. They have a habit of thrusting incident reports at parents without any verbal explanation of the injury or the cause—they just expect you to sign and move on. It’s incredibly dismissive and points to a dangerous lack of leadership. Alex the manager is never around to take accountability, and when he is, he’s totally out of the loop. The management at Community Kids Caboolture is incredibly disappointing and lacks the professionalism you’d expect from a childcare provider. The center is poorly run, and it shows in the daily routine; they keep the children in a "family group" setting for far too long in both the mornings and the afternoons. It feels like a cost-cutting measure rather than something done for the benefit of the kids, as it limits their access to age-appropriate environments and resources. Make a complaint about staff even managers and they investigate themselves and find no issues! Surprise! Management including Danielle the area manager are only there for the KPIs. They do not care about children at all. They are a danger to the safety of the kids with their negligence. Several breaches of standard 167. If you value the safety of your children don’t send them here. Put them in a shark infested swimming pool - they are less likely to get hurt there.
