Fantastic, made everything super easy, good clear communication, anytime I was unsure I rang and someone always answered my question immediately. On the day of settlement they messaged and basically said sit tight we’ve got this. They rang immediately settlement occurred and communicated with the mortgage broker and real estate for me. Would most certainly use again, but after all this unpacking I’m never moving again 🤣🤣. Thanks guys you were brilliant.

Tracy Oostendurp has looked after four sales for me now, and every single one has been flawless. It's rare to find someone so organised and attentive to detail, so it makes the process completely stress-free. Erin at Colwell was with me right from the start of reviewing my contract offer to the purchase and settlement of this property. I didn’t know what to expect as this was a purchase of my first home but she was so lovely and explained everything so well along the way.
