I recently purchased 2 commercial coffee machines and grinders. It took three days and numerous phone calls to even get the equipment delivered. The person who set them up was so eager to get things done and be out the door that by the time I turned around to talk about the presets, they were gone. After sales service is zero, sent me a video and told me to do it myself. I was beyond disappointed.
