Great service and amazing bespoke quality, with nothing being too much trouble. We got a great match to our existing decor on the wood and leather used, highly recommended.

After I had ordered and paid for the furniture piece I wanted, it could not subsequently be delivered. Instead of taking the easy way out, the staff bent over backwards to find me an alternative. They restored the last existing piece that had been in storage and furthermore offered me a 10% discount, This was paid in to my account today. Throughout the process the staff behaved in a professional manner and offered clear, personal and respectful service. I have no hesitation in recommending this store.
