We absolutely love our experience at CityFit! The team are incredible and always welcome us with a smile and greeting us by name. There is a fantastic range of group classes and well-maintained gym equipment, so there’s always something for everyone. A special mention to the swim school team - both our kids absolutely love their lessons and look forward to them every week. This gym is where it's at. The trainers are all very skilled, professional and kind so classes are fun. Outside of swim and aqua the pool is quiet and warm for laps. Upstairs is great too, I can access everything I need and the staff are very obliging when I have questions about my training. There are very few gym bros and the ones that are keep to themselves and don't move in packs. During term there's an after school rush of teenage boys but they're all awkward and very forgivable. Place seems nice, not sure if I timed it really bad but the group classes are really really loud, my phone gave me a high volume warning for being over 85dB. highly recommend bringing noise cancelling over ear headphones if not ear plugs, j left early due to noise. Much less important but the machines are a mix of kg and pounds which is weird Won't be coming again unless they have a less noisy time slot
We were in Bathurst for the week and dropped into Cityfit while we were there. So glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the front counter team were welcoming and easy to deal with. Chloe was especially great — she explained the timetable clearly and helped my partner line up the Les Mills classes she enjoys. Nothing felt like too much trouble. Cityfit is the premier gym in Bathurst! The caliber of instructors, range of classes, and welcoming environment make it the only place I want to train. Plus the people are the best! Special mention to one of my fav humans and the best RPM trainer in town Jess Brennan ❤️🫶🏻 You guys really are special!
