Seriously, DO NOT BUY A CHROMOGEN HOT WATER SYSTEM. Many people say the same thing. Poor quality and poor service. Buy another brand. I took advantage of the free 170 litre heat pump water heater 2.5 years ago. It replaced a perfectly good Rheem hot water system, but it was getting a bit old so I thought it was a sensible decision. I would like to commend the Chromogen business and team on your very professional and proficient install, of my hot water service. My instaineous gas hot water was replaced with a 240litre stand alone system. The install was painless and prompt. I must mentioned also that the electrician and plumber worked as a well oiled machine. Thankyou once again and I will be definitely recommending your company to my friends.
I am very much satisfied with the AC installation done at my house last week. From the beginning, the sales team explained everything very clearly about the government rebate and how much money we can save on our electricity bills. The installers arrived exactly on time. We recently needed to had Chromagen come out replace the gas instantaneous system on our gas/solar hot water system, as it was playing up after 10-15 years of operation. The tech/plumber that came out (same day) completed the work very quickly (under 1.5 hours), was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Service (10/10) Price (10/10) Hot Water (Priceless)
I can't say nothing else that the service was excellent,for the installation of a split system The boys who did the installation where great very polite and friendly, if you have a question they take all the time to explain. They tried not to make a big mess, even it was pouring down with rain all day they never stopped. The sales person Rob , was also great, I always could call him or text him for questions. The friendly Lady Angel makes various calls to see if everything was going well. A lot of thanks 👍👍
