I am very much satisfied with the AC installation done at my house last week. We recently needed to had Chromagen come out replace the gas instantaneous system on our gas/solar hot water system, as it was playing up after 10-15 years of operation. The tech/plumber that came out (same day) completed the work very quickly (under 1.5 hours), was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Service (10/10) Price (10/10) Hot Water (Priceless)

Great experience. From start to finish they were great. Our gas ducted system gave up on us and we were freezing, a friend recommended to call chromagen and speak to Rob, he quickly gave us a quote which was fantastic and within 3 days we had the system installed. gosh, it sure is amazing to have heating in this cold weather right now! thank you to the team and thank you to rob for prioritising our installation. many thanks from Carol and Peter.

poor product that really does little for water conservation when you have to let it run for a few minutes for hot water to come through. when I contacted Chromagen regarding getting a repair done on a 4 year old unit with a 10 year warranty, was explained that the call out and parts would cost me and only if the unit as a whole was broken or there was a leak would be not be charged... really couldn't get my head around the idea that if a part was faulty I'd be liable despite it being under warranty. now it's a 50/50 chance i... read more

I must say, dealing with young Rob from Chromogen was a breath of fresh air. You rarely find that level of dedication these days; the fellow kept me thoroughly informed from start to finish. He’s clearly doing his utmost to build a good name for the firm, and credit where it's due, Chromogen does a marvelous job. They looked after the installation of our appliances which is the hot water and the split system and did a proper, tidy job of it. Highly commendable.
