Seriously, DO NOT BUY A CHROMOGEN HOT WATER SYSTEM. Many people say the same thing. Poor quality and poor service. Buy another brand. I took advantage of the free 170 litre heat pump water heater 2.5 years ago. It replaced a perfectly good Rheem hot water system, but it was getting a bit old so I thought it was a sensible decision. We recently needed to had Chromagen come out replace the gas instantaneous system on our gas/solar hot water system, as it was playing up after 10-15 years of operation. The tech/plumber that came out (same day) completed the work very quickly (under 1.5 hours), was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Service (10/10) Price (10/10) Hot Water (Priceless)
Very good experience with Chromagen. The AC system quality is excellent, very strong and quiet. Sales rep Rob is the best. He is very patient with our many questions and very professional. He explained the technical details very clearly. No hidden cost, everything transparent. The installation team was very tidy and polite. No high pressure sales, just good service and fair price.
