I found the service from Chelmer Glass to be exceptional, I live on the Gold Coast and distance was never an issue for the team, my doors look fantastic and I would use Chelmer Glass again and would definately recommend them.

Beware! Very unprofessional and dishonest company! I had them to install a few fly screens and they forgot to bring all the items required to install. As a result, I have to take another day off work just for them to come back another day to finish the job. Their negligence during installation resulted in damage to my property, which they refused to acknowledge it. They did not even clean up the mess and left marks and dents all over the wall. WE USED CHELMER GLASS FOR 2 PIECES OF GLASS TO FIT OPENINGS IN INTERNAL WALLS, MEASUREMENTS GIVEN TO US BY THE CARPENTER WHICH WE PASSED ON TO CHELMER GLASS. THEY WERE INFORMED THE MEASUREMENTS WERE TIGHT, SO THEY ASSURED US THEY WOULD CUT THE GLASS SMALLER TO ENSURE IT FIT. THE GLASS DID NOT ARRIVE WHEN WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD, BUT 3 DAYS LATER. 1 PIECE WAS ALSO TOO BIG. I had terrible experience with them starting with an argumentative young installer bloke continuing with sending a horrendously overcharging invoice. They customer service and communication skill are both lacking and their unreasonable demand resulted in the listing of a fictive sum on my credit file. Currently the matter is with Fair Traiding. Keep away from this business as they don't worth the trouble!
