I would like to sincerely thank all the staff who helped me today at Chatswood Medical & Dental Centre. I had an urgent situation in the morning and was extremely anxious. Unfortunately, the doctor I had originally booked was on sick leave and unable to see me. Maggie at reception was incredibly responsible and proactive — she helped contact a GP and rearrange my appointment promptly, which made me feel reassured and well looked after. My husband had an ear infection and had to see a doctor urgently as he was in much pain. We rolled up here not knowing if they could help. Mona, the receptionist, could not have been more helpful. She suggested we go to the 5th floor where they conducted triage and we were seen inside of an hour. We filled the prescription in the same building and were able to continue our holiday almost uninterrupted. Very impressed and very grateful for such a helpful and professional service from everyone involved.

We have been coming to this surgery for 25yrs+. They have always treated us with respect and good service. Over the past 12 months the service is now excellent from the front desk, GP, X-ray, Bloods, Nursing and more recently Urgent Care, a great continuous team effort from my experience. Thank you.

It's a Saturday, going to the doctors and Doctor wasn't even at the clinic at 12:10pm when I made the appointment for. Not only I had waited for 50 minutes for a GP Consult which I obviously didn't attend having to wait for the Doctor. Rescheduled for another day with a different doctor. The doctor's name is Liyana. I am super disappointed with this. Don't open up your books if you are not going to be on time. Time is priceless and something anyone can never get back. Never coming back to this clinic again. This place is no longer an after-hours clinic — it has basically turned into a normal GP practice, but still advertises extended hours to attract patients. Completely misleading. I walked in at 6:30pm when the clinic is supposed to close at 8pm, but was told there is only ONE doctor and he is fully booked.
