I saw Dr Afsaneh Chehelnebi for my skin problem this morning after. She's patience and knowledgable. She mentioned the cause of the swellings and confirmed after wearing an equipment to watch more intensively in another room,. She kindly took time to remove all the problem. Easy to navigate website to find both available GPs and making appointments. Received reminder for appointment and to confirm appointment. App allows me to select and save preferred GPs, selection of GP is based on the expertise n experience they've listed on the side and their availability.
Receptionist was proficient, patient(annoying customer), friendly. (recalled my name!) Doctor was polite, thorough, asked relevant questions, not rushed... Overall - refreshing, calming, no stress. * Referrals done by eMail, plus patient gets a copy (some referees actually contact me, how cool is that) (colonoscopy - Ryde hospital!) Overall, not in a hurry to leave - quiet time in a hectic day.
I have never written a negative review before, but I feel compelled to share our experience so other families are aware of how little this clinic’s staff cared for us in a distressing situation. I completely understand that the clinic has a no walk-in policy, but policies should never override basic human compassion—especially in an urgent situation involving a child.
