I had made a booking that morning to see a GP at 11.30 am which was great. It is often impossible to book a bulk billing doctor on the same day. The GP saw me at about 11.45 am. I was impressed because I didn’t have to wait too long. The GP was very nice and helped me greatly. I would definitely return to this Centre by using HotDoc again to book.
I have to admit I was a bit nervous to come here after reading all the bad reviews. This was the first time I visit a GB in Australia since we moved here from overseas and I have nothing but positive things to say about this Medical Centre! Our doctor is good, but the medical center is highly disorganized. Prior to appointment we gave all our details, but at chucking in it asked all the same questions. One lift was out of order making it take ages to get to and floor and the admins missed our check in and delayed our appointment. Also took over an hour waiting for a simple blood test.
We have been coming to this practice for around 25 years. In the last year or so there has been a big turnover of doctors and the doctors we used to see are no longer here. The standard of the practice has significantly deteriorated and we have had very bad experiences the last couple of times we have been here. We have found the knowledge of the new doctors to be very poor and the standard of care to be unhelpful and rude. We had a particularly bad experience with Dr Ali today. Dr Cho has excellent rapport with patients. You can sense that he remembers my health condition. He is very good at explaining/answering all questions I have. I value his holistic approach.
