This, without a doubt, has to be the most delightful medical practice I’ve ever stepped into. The staff are warm, the doctors are caring, and everything down to the last detail shines. Dr. Bakshi is highly professional and skilled, providing care that makes you feel safe and at ease. The receptionists are just as accommodating, making the whole visit smooth and comforting. This hands down, has to be the most magnificent medical practice I have ever had the pleasure of being treated at. Everything down to the last bit was great, doctors, receptionists and everything of the sorts. The doctors are extremely professional and highly qualified, providing quality care. The staff are also very accomodating. If I could give this practice 6 stars, I would. Highly recommend!
I booked this Telehealth to discuss my missed period, but the GP I talked to spent most of the appointment lecturing me about my age and fertility. I mentioned that I might stay on the pill for one or two more years, and she repeatedly told me that I was “not young anymore” and that my chances of getting pregnant would decline, even if I “look very young.” I understand that fertility decreases with age, but the way she delivered it felt insensitive and anxiety-provoking rather than supportive or informative.
I wish I could zero, Dr. Elena Masoumi, was very concentrated on her looks and more interested in knowing people's professions rather than the time frame patient are spending outside in waiting room. This is worse, walking away without seeing her never again.
I saw Dr Nahid Afrin and she wouldn't prescribe me anti anxiety/depression medication which I have been on for 15 years. So now I have to go to another doctor to get it or have my medical records transferred over. If I wanted to go to another doctor I should have just gone there to begin with. Their standard appointment is also just 10 minutes?
