This, without a doubt, has to be the most delightful medical practice I’ve ever stepped into. The staff are warm, the doctors are caring, and everything down to the last detail shines. Dr. Bakshi is highly professional and skilled, providing care that makes you feel safe and at ease. The receptionists are just as accommodating, making the whole visit smooth and comforting. This hands down, has to be the most magnificent medical practice I have ever had the pleasure of being treated at. Everything down to the last bit was great, doctors, receptionists and everything of the sorts. The doctors are extremely professional and highly qualified, providing quality care. The staff are also very accomodating. If I could give this practice 6 stars, I would. Highly recommend!
I wish I could zero, Dr. Elena Masoumi, was very concentrated on her looks and more interested in knowing people's professions rather than the time frame patient are spending outside in waiting room. This is worse, walking away without seeing her never again.

In a time when I was feeling vulnerable, the stuff in the centre were professional, compassion and dedication made all the difference. My customer experience at Chatswood Medical & Dental Centre has been an excellent one. Dr Brian Cho is a very competent and patient focused GP and the receptionists are always very friendly, thoughtful and accomodating to patient needs. When I last visited I received first class service from Mona who was on reception at the time.
