There is a very rude receptionist at your facility. I don’t know her name, but she is always seated at the desk closest to the waiting line. She was blatantly rude, scrunching her face and shrugging her shoulders as if she couldn’t understand my English. Moreover, she looked at my partner as if expecting him to explain on my behalf, completely disregarding me, even though I was the patient—not my partner. Heard about this new service from my Family Doctors surgery about Urgent Care clinic just opened. Good for when your not able to get an appt to see your regular surgery doctors. Friendly helpful Receptionist Michelle. Triage Nurse Sally and Dr Byrne all helpful. Waited an hour to see nurse and short wait to see doctor. Parking available under the building, has two different street entries. If you need an xray their facility closes at 5pm so you best book before then and come 15mins earlier as need to fill out a few pages of ... read more
I went in terrified of dentists due to previous experiences but the staff at Charlestown Medical were incredible. I had two back wisdom teeth removed and two abscesses drained. The next day there is no pain or swelling as they did an exceptional job. The dentist, her assistant and the receptionist were all extremely helpful, kind and lovely. 10/10 would recommend
My Family and I have been coming to Dr Pradeep Bhaskar, for over 10 yrs. He is the most empathetic, kind and very great with communication and assistance always. The medical centre staff are very polite always as well. I recommend this practice to everyone.
