I came here to have my Implanon removed and replaced. The nurses were absolutely lovely and very kind throughout the process. However, I would not recommend Dr Ahmed. After completing the procedure, she said she would return to dress my arm but left the room, leaving me bleeding with my arm undressed for about five minutes without letting any staff know. The nurses were great and very helpful once they realised, but if you have the option, I personally wouldn’t choose to have Dr Ahmed perform the procedure.
The wait for blood tests is ridiculous… have been awaiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes and there are still people in front of me that have been waiting longer. The nurse is taking over 20 minutes per person. She has allowed one family to come back multiple times without numbers .
Cannot recommend Dr Bhaskar enough! We have seen many doctors over the years but there is none other out there quite the same. He has helped us out on multiple occasions and always goes above and beyond what you would expect from any doctor. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, very thorough, never dismissive, and exceptionally caring. Can't speak more highly of him, thank you so much for your ongoing care and compassion
Never again 😂 I think their customer service training was just, “Smile and collect payment.” If you need a little extra care or you’re an elderly patient, good luck — they act like compassion is an optional add-on you have to pay extra for. Open seven days a week though! Not for convenience… just making sure the cash register gets proper medical attention 💸🏥
I have been seeing Dr Grace Abdukeyum for years now and she has been lovely! Such an amazing doctor who really cares about her patients. She’s taken the time to help me with any issues that come up and has always put in 100% effort. She is very welcoming and supportive of women’s health including mental health in particular, she really knows her stuff and is very empathetic. I feel very understood and heard as a young woman. Would highly recommend her!
