First experience today with this medical Center. I had Dr.Grace and oh my how disheartening it was to be treated the way I was I felt very belittled. I found out I was pregnant at the end of November, back story this pregnancy #6 all my pregnancies I find out around the 4 - 5mnth mark because I don’t get any symptoms and my period is irregular with this pregnancy three home tests were negative so yes I just didn’t pay mind to it. Dr Grace Abdukeyum has been wonderful, compassionate' very caring ' polite' and very helpful with my complex medical conditions. She is very patient with me. I have been seeing her for a while very happy with this doctor. Highly recimmend her.
This is such an amazing medical centre with amazing Dr's, Dental, Laverty, Imaging, Physiology, Podiatrists, Dietician and the Urgent Care Clinic all under one roof! The front desk staff are always lovely and willing to help. I would however like to take a huge mention and praise for Dr Salina Ahmed! She is an absolutely amazing Dr! Just saw doctor Grace Abdukeyum for a double consult. NEVER AGAIN! She was the rudest, disinterested condescending doctor I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. 0 interest. 0 compassion. 0 caring (except about getting paid for nothing). Could not be bothered to even look at me to listen 👂 first. Could not answer a simple question. I left in tears. Then charged me $160 for nothing. Utterly DISGRACEFUL and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
I had a life threatening medical event earlier this year that was discovered by Dr Grace at Charlestown Medical Centre. Multiple other health professionals had failed to investigate my issue properly and I am so grateful that Dr Grace was so thorough and insisted on the right diagnostics. I highly recommend Dr Grace as a GP you can trust!
