If you enjoy spending your precious time for over an hour every single visit, this is the perfect clinic for you. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:20, and it's now 12:40 and I'm still waiting with no explanation. What's the point of making an appointment if it’s not honored? I’ve wasted at least ten hours of my life here just warming their waiting room chairs. What a unique experience! Thankfully, that chapter is now closed. Never again.
Quite possibly the most beautiful team I’ve encountered in some time. From the initial greeting from reception staff to meeting and discussing dental treatments with the Dentist herself and her colleague. The service, care, and genuine compassion was second to none. We have been seeing Dr Grace as a family doctor for a while and so has my family. She is so far exceeded our expectation as a GP. Whether it is women's health, men's health and elderly health- she has not failed us one bit, always available to see us when we needed - saved us hassles and money from seeing specialists on number of occasions. Just recently changed my GP to this place. I can say wholeheartedly that it has been the best decision for my general health and also particular chronic illness. Not only have I found a GP that does more than just check boxes and move me along, but the place also has a Government-run "Urgent Care" centre. This new concept is a god send not only for those that require the kind of immediate and/or urgent medical interaction one may normally go to a Hospital for (even though it may not be seen as "critical"). We've been visiting the Charlestown Medical since Dr Bhaskar joined the practice, having had him as our family doctor since meeting him by chance when the boys were around 3 from memory, that was 11 years ago. He has helped our family on many occasions and is always caring, thorough and attentive, we always appreciate his time. Although a busy practice we have never had to wait days for bookings as can be common these days, usually being able to get in same day or the next if urgent.
