The team in the treatment room and Dr Brooke's are amazing! They made me feel comfortable and worked efficiently. I have gone to this medical centre for years but only recently started to see Dr Brooke's. I have met with various different doctors at this clinic but Dr Brookes is the best I have encountered. She is knowledgeable about women's health and explains processes/information in detail. The team in the treatment room are always very friendly and welcoming.
Dr Beverley Brooks always provides excellent care for our baby and myself. I have been attending this medical centre for years and I highly recommend for medical expertise and professionalism. The staff are friendly and kind.
have been seeing Dr Grace for almost a year now and she has been lovely! Such an amazing doctor who really cares about her patients. She’s taken the time to help me with any issues that come up and has always put in 100% effort. She is very welcoming and supportive of women’s health in particular, really knows her stuff and is kind to everyone, I feel very understood and heard as a young woman. Would highly recommend her!
Has seen Dr Grace for the first time as my Gp was away. What a great, kind doctor. Who is very thorough in her examination and management. Her bed side manner is great, communication is also easy. I speak a different language but she is very patient and attentive to my problem. Reception is nice, imaging and pathology facilities are convenient also
The receptionists consistently take ages to even greet you. I paid $90 for a doctor to ask me 3 questions before he interrupted me and went on the computer to research things he should already know for the remainder of the time. I always feel rushed and like I’m not really being listened to or understood. Like if I’m paying $90 for a 20min consult in THIS economy I’d like to actually feel heard or at least have the time spent well and not just hearing a regurgitated google search that I could’ve done at home for free.
