Be very careful dealing with this agency when trying to purchase property. They are very sneaky and will actually lie in order to increase prices. I have caught them out multiple times during negotiations for a property.
Maggie is the most dishonest and unprofessional agent I have ever dealt with. For real - check out their other bad reviews.
Worse service ever, never find them to take care of your property. Once they make the deal, they give no care to you, they only care about the money the get from you. Terrible experience. Would very much recommend you to any other property agency but never this one. Just to add, the agents Maggie and Tao are like the two worse agents you can find in Sydney. Don’t know who will trust all the fake comments here but I am glad there are still other people speaking their true experience with this unqualified business.
Dealing with Maggie was a nightmare, from the first phone enquiry it was difficult to get information from her. There was a reluctance to even show me the property. After three weeks of trying and a cancellation we got to inspect the property. As soon as the door opened I knew something was wrong and I was right.
