Never use this company as they are disrespectful. I phoned and said where the unit was in my home living room and not to go in any other room. I asked if they could clean the cover of my split system as I couldn't reach it. I asked if the technician brings their own cleaning equipment. They responded that they do. After a 12 hour shift I came home to a disgusting mess. The technician had gone into every room violating my privacy. We got a new split-system AC installed by the Celsius air team and the whole experience has been great. Team has arrived punctually and has got great workmanship. Team has got good knowledge about the various products and air conditioning requirements based on our need. Whole team worked hard , efficiently and left the place tidy afterwards. Highly recommended !!
I made a booking Online, Got confirmation. Got 4 messages saying make sure you answer your phone. when we call. An hour later Iam still waiting. I tried to call them, no pick up.I get a text saying sorry, we moseed your call. How can we help? I reply back and get nothing. I call them and they blame AI and refuse to honor the booking i made via their website. Dont use them!!!
Good communication. Good price. Nothing damaged or dirtied on install. Cleaned up well. The only negative is that the controller is a smidge tilted on the wall.
Absolutely an amazing service! Such a hot day, Ryan made sure he fixed the air con and gave it his best effort to make sure we were comfortable. Cannot rate Ryan high enough
