Had some gorgeous soft bamboo carpet installed by Carpet World Carrum Downs. Thanks Tommy for doing such a great job. I'm really happy with the random pattern our feet make on the luxurious soft pile. And thanks to Pheobe for her knowledge and friendly manner. All in all, a great experience.

Having had several Companies out for quotes to have engineered timber floor put down at our home, Carpet World Carrum Downs were like a dream to deal with! Our initial meeting with Steve went amazingly well where he presented us with an extensive range of products and colours to choose from. Can’t recommend Carpet World Carrum Dowms enough. We mainly dealt with Phoebe throughout the sale process and she was amazing! So helpful, so knowledgeable and more than happy to work with/against other quotes from different businesses. We’ve now had carpet and floorboards installed in our house from these guys and any flooring needs in the future we will definitely go here first. Would and have absolutely recommended Carpet World Carrum Downs to family and friends.
Walked in off the street at 3.30 on Tuesday and ordered the carpet, the carpet was laid by 2.30 on Thursday. Josh and Tim were brilliant. Their carpet laying team (Joe and Joe) were fast, efficient, professional and clean ripping up and reinstalling over 100m2 of carpet including a fiddly stair case, working around our family, furniture and dog. This is the third occasion using Carpet World and the reason we keep going back is because they know the game. Thanks again guys.
Highly professional team right from the start of the process! Helped us select carpet type and colour, then organised ordering and finally delivery and installation. All went seamlessly. Great communication throughout. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who went out of their way to assist us. Would recommend these guy to anyone in need of carpet or flooring.
