Having had several Companies out for quotes to have engineered timber floor put down at our home, Carpet World Carrum Downs were like a dream to deal with! Our initial meeting with Steve went amazingly well where he presented us with an extensive range of products and colours to choose from. My experience for the first time I walked in the shop to having the carpet laid has been great. Very friendly and helpful staff and owner, would highly recommend carpet world carrum downs to anyone seeking new flooring.
Our complications with our builder throughout the last 6 months has been horrendous at best. When it came to our floors Carpet World carrum downs, was the light at our tunnel, from their work to their communication and solutions to problems on our builder.
