Having had several Companies out for quotes to have engineered timber floor put down at our home, Carpet World Carrum Downs were like a dream to deal with! Our initial meeting with Steve went amazingly well where he presented us with an extensive range of products and colours to choose from. Great experience using Carpet world Carrum Downs. Stopped in to look at carpet for our unit and Tim was extremely helpful in helping us select something that would fit our needs. Great service. We originally went in and were overwhelmed by the many choices of carpet. The salesperson was very helpful in helping us to decide which carpet to go with. They listened to what we were after, gave their recommendations. We then booked in for someone to come out with samples and to measure the rooms. Very quick turnaround. Had someone out as promised and they did a wonderful job in laying the carpet. Looks great, good quality and great service. Thanks so much. Will absolutely be going through you guys again.
Great service! Phoebe was such a delight to work with, such a vibrant and kind personality and was very honest in answering all our questions and needs when looking to replace our carpet. Such quick service- measurements and replacement of the carpet (within a week which was incredible). Thanks to Phillip for executing his years of experience into delivering an amazing carpet.
