Having had several Companies out for quotes to have engineered timber floor put down at our home, Carpet World Carrum Downs were like a dream to deal with! Our initial meeting with Steve went amazingly well where he presented us with an extensive range of products and colours to choose from. Had some gorgeous soft bamboo carpet installed by Carpet World Carrum Downs. Thanks Tommy for doing such a great job. I'm really happy with the random pattern our feet make on the luxurious soft pile. And thanks to Pheobe for her knowledge and friendly manner. All in all, a great experience.
Josh was very helpful and responsive to all our requests. The carpet layers were amazing. Very professional company to deal with. Oh and the carpet looks and feels great
