Josh came to our home to measure and had suggestions that were helpful to our unique needs. The carpet was installed quickly and efficiently by another friendly team member. Phoebe was our main contact here and she made everything, from booking a measure and quote, through to the carpet laying , so simple. We were also on a tight time frame, which they accommodated wonderfully. Communication was exceptional and we would use them again and recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Our initial meeting with Steve went amazingly well where he presented us with an extensive range of products and colours to choose from.
