Great service. Daniel went out of his way to assist us to find the right colour and the right type of flooring we wanted. We asked to have the floor installed and then we changed the dated on carpet call. It was no problem and they were terrific and accomodating. Really nice people to deal with. Nathan was an absolute legend for us after having a tenant issue and us having a short notice turn around . The lovely gentleman that came to the house for measurements and showing me choices was fantastic too. The follow through from the independent carpet fitter that they sent was great . The whole house was re fitted with new carpet,the joins are invisible and were placed in areas of little notice . This has been a great experience across the board when I was in a very fast paced situation. Thank you
Run, don't trust this company. As much as I would like give them higher rating. Don't believe their promises. Also the pressure tactics they had. They guaranteed me there would be NO leveling required but on the installation day, we paid $4000 additional for leveling and when I contacted them. They blamed me for not reading the invoice. Recently had 100% Wool and premium underlay installed in three rooms. Visited the store initially to look at the range. Had an in home quote the same day. I had lots of questions which were able to be answered. I was able to reschedule the initial install without any problem at a date and time that suited. The installer was on time.
