Ahmet came out to measure and gave quote and we signed up that same day. We then contacted Carpet Call once we had finished painting and agreed on date to lay. Dave was the carpet layer and we were really happy that he did not mark or damage any of our new painting while installing. LOVE LOVE the carpet. Happy with Carpet Call and overall price and Service.
After I had gone to many carpet/flooring places and receiving very little service or any type of acknowledgement ... I could have been knocked over by a feather with the Service I received when entering Carpet Call at Tweed Heads South. We found Alan at the Tweed store to be extremely knowledgeable and able to match a fantastic flooring solution to our needs. We explored options at other stores but returned to Alan because of his professionalism and genuine understanding of what we wanted. He was accommodating, patient, and never pushy. We received a wonderful deal and outstanding service from start to finish.
