Fiona and the team were fantastic. From helping pick the right carpet for the bedrooms, blinds and curtains for the windows, to the installations. Then when there was a manufacture defect, Fiona was quick to arrange a replacement. When I couldn’t figure out the S-wave of the curtain, she drove over to make sure everything was perfect. This is our first home and we are so happy with how it all came together.

Editing my review as they have since made sure to rectify any and all issues I had. The owner and all staff have since re-visited the apartment multiple times and have been incredibly dedicated to fixing and improving all the problems I’ve had. While my husband and I were very upset days ago, we have since been very appreciative of how helpful everyone has been. Very grateful.

Marilyn went above and beyond with her customer service. Marilyn was able to provide expert advice and have installers booked to align with the renovations to the house. Both Marilyn and installer had attention to detail and efficiency. Marilyn followed up with sending photos after installation. Marilyn, you are a lovely person and really care about your team and customers. Keep doing what you are doing. Abby

Thanks Carpet Call , great local company , amazing result and service provided from sales enquiry to the end result when the carpet was installed . Amazing result , the colour transformed the room its great when what you visualize actually is what is the end result -
