I paid over $12,000 for a wood floor which was laid in September. The person who laid the floor did a beautiful job and it looked fabulous until the boards started to lift. The company who was contracted by Carpet Call to lay the wood floor had a look at the lifting boards. He said it was the wood lifting off the ply wood and not the installation and I agreed.
