Carpet Call are an absolute joke. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! ***Edit: March 01 2026*** I did exactly what Carpet Call said to do in their computer generated reply and suprise suprise nothing was done. I have had a fantastic experience with Bill who is the store manager. He was extremely helpful and prompt in visiting my property and then with suggestion with the selection. I needed the installation to be done sooner and he has now fit me in within a couple of weeks which is much appreciated. The price was very competitive but the standout was the prompt service. What a debacle of an experience. Do your reviews before using carpet call. We went into the shop and spoke to the attendant, he helped us choose our carpet choices and we arranged for him to come to our home and measure and quote. He did this, and he spoke to his manager 3 times to get to the final figure, which we accepted. We signed the contract and the next day the manager rang to say the employee got it wrong and it's $1000 more then what we accepted. The problems with carpet call started when the salesman was at my house for 4 hours and would not leave until I'd paid a deposit. Then I was told I needed to choose a new carpet because they'd sold the one I'd put the deposit on. Then the carpet was laid and there was a hole ripped in it that I discovered after the carpet layer left. Then I was told the vinyl needed an extra $500+ spent on it after being reassured several times that the floor layers would level the floor and there'd be no further cost. Excellent service from Bill and the crew. Great prices and lots the pick from. The installation of our engineered floor was fantastic and the installers were total experts. Highly recommend!
