I have recently had a delightful experience when I went purchase new carpet for my house. I spoke with a lovely gentleman called Tony. He was very patient and understanding. He was very knowledgeable and did not mind spending time explaining about the different carpets and their benefits. After I made my decision he very competently took me through the sales and installation process. My carpet is due to be installed Friday, Only a two week wait from beginning to end. I am very happy with this experience.
I just went for a look at their range as I was looking for a possible carpet to replace an old one. Actually saw one I really liked. Went home checked the measurements, rang them back and Mohammed Siayaz delivered it that very same night. Was great service in store and also in my home. Very impressed. Thank you Mohammed.
Really happy with my experience at Carpet Call Taylors Lakes. Jack was great to deal with — helpful, easy to talk to, and knew exactly how to guide me through the options. They had a good range of sizes available, and I was able to get a few pieces cut down, including one into a circular rug, which turned out perfectly. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Would definitely go back.
