Really happy with my experience at Carpet Call Taylors Lakes. Jack was great to deal with — helpful, easy to talk to, and knew exactly how to guide me through the options. They had a good range of sizes available, and I was able to get a few pieces cut down, including one into a circular rug, which turned out perfectly. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Would definitely go back.
Mohammed did a fantastic job putting in our carpets. He was friendly, efficient, and clearly skilled. Our rooms have some tricky shapes and awkward edges, but he handled them beautifully everything fits perfectly and looks seamless. He turned up on time, worked hard, and left everything clean . Before making a purchase at Carpet Call, I spent a lot of time to read all the reviews. However, i never judge a service based on what i read without experiencing it myself. Store was helpful enough to hold onto the Rug I ordered for many months until I was ready to move. Now fully furnished, the rug perfectly fits in with the rest of the decor.
Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. About four weeks ago, a representative named Michael came to our home for measurements and consultation. He showed us a fabric sample for our curtains, and we clearly confirmed that we wanted that specific one. However, Michael mentioned he had another sample that was supposedly better and promised to bring it within 2–3 days so we could compare and make a final decision. That never happened.
