I came to see the hard flooring for my house renovation and Diego was very helpful. He took his time to explain to me patiently and sent me a follow up email with quotes for various things. He then followed up a few days later. By then I had a change of mind to install Carpet instead of hard flooring and he assisted again with providing quotes on various price range products without being frustrated. Where to even bloody start. The service was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. Omar and Diego were incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond at doing their job. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they made the whole experience easy and stress-free. You can tell they both take real pride in what they do. Highly recommend!
Extremely disappointed with the post-sale service from the Springvale team. I had carpet installed, but the installers took my doors off and left them unhung because the carpet is too thick. Before buying, I explicitly asked the Store Manager, Diego, multiple times if I would need to trim any doors. He confidently said no.
