I recently purchased 3 Davos rugs from Carpet Call and couldn't be happier with the experience. The delivery was incredibly fast, only 3 days! The rugs were well packaged. Their customer service was excellent, I reached out with questions about the rug thickness, and they responded immediately with helpful details. The rugs themselves exceeded my expectations. They are thick, luxuriously soft, and look even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Will definitely shop here again!

We purchased wool carpets from Carpet Call South Morang in March for a house renovation. The carpets were installed on two separate dates. The installer from Carpet Call who installed the carpets in April was first rate as was his quality of work. The installer on Friday 11th July 2025 arranged by Carpet Call has left multiple areas of damage to our three bedrooms/skirting boards.(see photos). Excellent service delivered throughout every aspect of our journey from carpet selection, onsite measurement and installation. Every meter of carpet was factored for to ensure value for money. Services also offered utilisation of carpet remnants for door mats. Installation TEAM were fantastic! Respectful of furniture and skirting boards.
