We have just purchased quality carpet and hybrid flooring through both Jamie and Rob. They are both easy to talk to, helpful in explaining all questions asked, polite and never pushy. I recently purchased 3 Davos rugs from Carpet Call and couldn't be happier with the experience. The delivery was incredibly fast, only 3 days! The rugs were well packaged. Their customer service was excellent, I reached out with questions about the rug thickness, and they responded immediately with helpful details. The rugs themselves exceeded my expectations. They are thick, luxuriously soft, and look even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Will definitely shop here again!
We purchased wool carpets from Carpet Call South Morang in March for a house renovation. The carpets were installed on two separate dates. The installer from Carpet Call who installed the carpets in April was first rate as was his quality of work. The installer on Friday 11th July 2025 arranged by Carpet Call has left multiple areas of damage to our three bedrooms/skirting boards.(see photos).
