I wasn’t going to write a review, but it was playing on my mind. I went to the Preston store about a month ago to order the Cor-Tex floor range. The sale person helping me decide to take a call which I didn’t have a problem with until he was still on the call for about 5 minutes answering many questions and explaining products. We’ve just had our house carpeted by Carpet Call Preston and cannot recommend them highly enough. The whole team, from Damon in the showroom through to Ali, a truly great carpet layer, we could not be happier. A good price, the job was booked in, and it happened on schedule. I needed help moving furniture and this was accommodated. 2 sets of stairs, hallway, landings, 3 bedrooms and the result is just so good. 5 stars, excellent job, a great team.
Chris came out to the property on time with a range of different options. After measuring up, we discussed all the options and agreed on a competitive price, then scheduled in the date for installation. Very easy to deal with, great service!
