Thanks to Vinny and Rob for organising our new carpets and the installers for doing such a good job. The service throughout was excellent. The job was scheduled and the installers urned up on time. Highly recommend using Carpet Call for their reliable and friendly service.
Chris was excellent at the measure and quote stage. Politely recognised that we dont wear shoes in the house and removed them. Very pleasant and polite and never rushed us in any way. Really appreciated his insistence that we take as much time as we needed to ensure we were happy with the final decision. Overall extremely happy so far with the process. Carpet has yet to be laid but so far very positive. Thanks again to both Gem and Chris to this point and trust the installation will align with our initial experiences.

Fabrication is made in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, which is why Carpet Call has a very fast turnaround. From measure and quote to final install – in just a few weeks. Gem was amazing! The Customer service that was provided by both himself & Nick was incredible & surpassed my expectations. They both went above & beyond & really helped me in not only selecting what flooring would suit my home but were also very helpful when it came to organising installation. I will definitely be coming back when it’s time to update our floorboards but for now am beyond happy with my experience. Would 100% recommend!
