Chris was excellent at the measure and quote stage. Politely recognised that we dont wear shoes in the house and removed them. Very pleasant and polite and never rushed us in any way. Really appreciated his insistence that we take as much time as we needed to ensure we were happy with the final decision. Overall extremely happy so far with the process. Carpet has yet to be laid but so far very positive. Thanks again to both Gem and Chris to this point and trust the installation will align with our initial experiences.
We recently had a fantastic experience with Gem from Carpet Call while choosing carpet for our new home. From the start, Gem was incredibly friendly, kind, and approachable, which made the whole process so much easier for me and my partner Ben. He gave us great suggestions and really took the time to help us find the right colour palette to suit our space. You could genuinely tell that he cared about getting the best outcome for us, which we really appreciated. Thanks to Gem, what could have been a stressful decision turne... read more
Vish was Extremely helpful and really wanted to make me happy with my purchase. He rang a few stores until he found stock of the rug I wanted. He also definitely looked after me with the price. I'm very happy 😊 Thank you
Felix did an outstanding job helping us choose the right hybrid flooring and carpet for our needs. He clearly explained the options and recommended reliable products with professionalism and honesty. I highly recommend Felix. You’ll be in excellent hands!
Felix from Nunawading Carpet Call was fantastic! I was in a bind and needed to carpet a room quickly after being stuffed around by a competitor. He came straight out to the house to measure with samples. We picked the carpet and the whole thing was done in less than an hour with delivery in less than a week ! 5 stars easily!
