Firstly, the contractor named Esmat deserves 5 stars. He was absolutely fantastic, with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. I’m very impressed with both his work and the final result- especially considering it was a one-man job, including moving all the furniture. The carpet quality itself (from Hazara Investment) also deserves 5 stars. The missing stars reflect my experience with Carpet Call as a company. Thank you for the carpet, Call blinds and shutters installation team. We had an installing team lead by Mihir, who has been in this profession for a number of years and knows his job well. They had to come a second time with the right part to install and the wait was not long. The team arrived on time as scheduled, very professional, made sure the house and walls are not damaged with their gear. They took time to install the blinds and curtains, working diligently. I placed an order for 3 cassette block out roller blinds 6 weeks ago. This office rang me 3 days before they were to be installed and asked how I was going to pay on the day and I agreed to take it out of my credit card. Big mistake they immediately took the final payment out before the blinds had been installed. The installer was hopeless he had never installed our type of blind before and he did not install the top cassette that housed the blind. The worst customer service ever. do NOT buy from this company. i asked this company to carry out an inspection on my behalf and help the client choose a tile they were happy with. upon visiting my client i was told by Carpet call that they were happy and ready to order. as the lead time was quite long (Because they didn't have stock) i was issued an invoice to pay a deposit promptly.
