This local store was fraudulent in selling me a quattro mop they knew fully well they wanted to discontinue. The guy that sold it even said he had one at home - well only that ours broke after first use, and they have refused to refund. we have gone back to the local store, they agree that the machine was faulty, and would not provide a replacement, because they are a faulty product, they want to discontinue. Too much hard work. We opted to have vinyl planks laid over the top of our existing tiles. Donny the salesman was great. I can't fault him. He was honest, reliable and thorough. After this though, that's when my experience wasn't too crash hot. We were given an install date, and was told "If you need to move it a couple of days (due to our other renovations not yet being ready) that this would be no issue and to give just give us two weeks notice". Service was excellent. We weren’t actually going to buy any carpet on the spot, but the price was good, they went out of their way to organise an installer to come to our new place on the day we needed him , and the advice on what sort of carpet would suit our needs was very welcome. Ask for Max, he’s really good 👍🏼 Update: we had the carpet installed today and couldn’t be happier. The installer was there on time and the carpets look great.
I had Leon come out on Sunday from furnishings dept and he did an amazing job. I had a rough idea of what we might have wanted. Leon was so helpful. He listened to what I wanted and needed with regards to window privacy and price points and he detailed the relevant options. He gave me some ideas to think about too. Hey everyone.. We welcomed Wayne and Ian yesterday to measure and quote for our household and we were blown away by the process.. These guys were super easy to communicate with and worked well as a team, they understood our needs and were a wealth of knowledge.
