Ordered plantation shutters from them over a year ago and still waiting for 2 shutters to arrive (out of an order for 7). Carpet Call North Lakes didn’t want to know about it after taking the order - referred us to their blinds and shutters section who never bother to return your calls! This is the worst customer service we have ever received.
Totally incompetant, ordered carpet arrived 2 days late in the wrong colour, then failed to supply correct colour as it was out if stock. charged $140 for 10m of smooth edge that's $1.07 per meter at bunnings. salesman swore in conversation I front of my son then put the phone down on me twice when trying to seek a solution. stay away and save money.
