Carpet Call Noosa advised and installed a carpet throughout an upmarket (Peppers Apts) apartment that they call "hardwearing". Within 2 years they had to return twice to fix edges and joins and after 3 years the carpet it was heavily worn and needs replacing. The franchise disagrees; initially the franchise owner tried to push the blame on the previous owner, trying to wash his hands of the obvious quality issues. I received excellent service from Rowan at Carpet call who gave me a fantastic quote to cover my old tiles with timber look vinyl! Jamie and Luke did an excellent job preparing and laying this beautiful new flooring! Five star service and the look is amazing!
