I had an excellent experience shopping for a rug with Ahmed. He was friendly and took the time to understand what I was looking for. His customer service was outstanding and made the process stress free.
The worst experience I have ever had regarding work done on a property. Do not waste your time with these amateurs. Initially paid for vinyl only to be told a week later that it was not suitable for the apartment, with a substantial increase to the cost of the flooring. This is despite multiple engagements with the salespeople, a visit to the apartment and confirmation previously that I required a fire rated carpet for the carpeted areas. Unlike other curtains and blinds shop, they do pressure you to take the quote on measuring day. They advertise it as no obligation and free, but the salesman is really pushy. He is a salesman and not really someone who could measure as they send another person to measure and call it “final measurement”. The first one is actually a sales pitch which is just to make sure you get them which I’ve never experienced from others. It does make you uncomfortable honestly. Unfortunately my experience has been less than satisfactory. They attempted to increase a verbally agreed installation price by over $1000, installation dates were pushed back two or three times, and trying to get the poor carpet installation reviewed has been a painful process that's seen little progress nearly a week later. I do not recommend this store, or their head office in Balcatta that I've had poor communication and little help from as well.
Our experience with the Myaree store was extremely unsatisfactory. Even after providing details and photos to their Install Manager of the poor workmanship, which included unapproved additional joins, parting joins and very noticeable damage to one of the bedroom built-in wardrobe doors, we have not had any response. It does concern us and we do question whether Carpet Call stands beside their "Customer Personal Guarantee".
