I had an excellent experience shopping for a rug with Ahmed. He was friendly and took the time to understand what I was looking for. His customer service was outstanding and made the process stress free.
Unfortunately my experience has been less than satisfactory. They attempted to increase a verbally agreed installation price by over $1000, installation dates were pushed back two or three times, and trying to get the poor carpet installation reviewed has been a painful process that's seen little progress nearly a week later. I do not recommend this store, or their head office in Balcatta that I've had poor communication and little help from as well.
Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Overpromise and underdeliver. The measure appointment was rescheduled multiple times at very late notice, and when the guy finally showed up he was late and didn’t even bring the two carpet samples we specifically requested so we could decide. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at all. I was the only customer in on a Monday morning, and was completely ignored by 3-4 sales people on the floor. I understand that they probably had paperwork to maybe catch up on from the weekend, but not a single acknowledgement was made. When I did finally receive help, I did not receive a call until 2 weeks later - by that time I had already gone to multiple competitors who were able to send through quotes within 24 hours. Customer service was good. Alexandra who was there helping was very helpful. There are different products and good discounts. Easy and free parking available outside. They cut the rug to size as well. Unfortunately they lost one of our rug we have purchased, noone called us for our rug we have purcahsed for delivery
