I will never use Carpetcall again! They have been awful to deal with and provided a crappy service. Ten weeks ago we had carpet installed in two bedrooms. Approximately 6 weeks later we had an independent carpet layer here to check the carpet. They pulled the carpet back which revealed the original old mouldy tack strips were still in place from the old carpet. They were never replaced. Had my House in Sorrento done by Carpet Call Mornington. Carpet and Hybrid flooring together. John the manager was very informative and went above and beyond to make my experience less stress full with furniture etc. He organised the install to be split over multiple days to make life easier for us. Will recommend them to friends and family. John even called us after installation to see how all went. Great support, great after sales service by John.🙏🏻
