DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My wife had carpet changed to hybrid flooring on Tuesday, 21st April 2026, which was organised by Troy. From the get go, red flags were present with the job being invoiced without scoping of the job, contract or paid invoice supplied (this was later supplied only after requesting). An installer named Harley attended to do the job. Called on a whim to see if carpeting our newly renovated kids rooms was affordable. Was very surprised to have premium carpet installed for significantly less than we’d imagined. The carpet was expertly installed by a very experienced and friendly man who even took our old carpet with him for no extra cost. The finished product has transformed our house and we could not be more impressed by the team at Carpet Call. 10/10. Cheers
