Spoke with Dayyaan about getting new carpet for my home to replace the old carpet and had a great experience. He came out for a home appointment, took measurements, and brought carpet samples which made it much easier to choose and see how it would look before installing. He was easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and made the whole process simple. Would definitely recommend.
I recently went to Carpet Call Midland to finally replace my well overdue carpet and had the most pleasant experience. Im thoroughly impressed with Kobi, the kind gentleman who helped pick out the ideal carpet for me. I had a great experience with Carpet Call, especially thanks to Kobi who helped me throughout the process. Kobi was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I chose the right carpet for my space and budget. The whole process was smooth from start to finish and the results look fantastic.
Was good at the start, then change to a Different install team and turned to a very poor experience for myself called multiple times and emails. Didn’t get a response back. When installing one of the team members left the doors open when installing and let hundreds of flies in the house. It was a brand-new build so I thought they would have a little bit more respect for the house. Brilliant service starting from when Kobi came out to the house to measure up and quote. Big shout out to Kobi as he was very friendly, efficient, helpful and informative and made us feel confident in using Carpet Call. The excellence service continued throughout the whole process. The installation guy, Mark did an excellent job with installing the floors. We could t be happier with our new flooring, thank you to all involved and we would certainly use carpet call Midland again.
