Mr. Sharma is not just a salesperson he’s someone who truly cares about his customers. He took the time to understand my needs and made thoughtful suggestions. I really appreciated his patience and honesty. I would happily return for future purchases. What I liked most about Mr. Sharma was his honesty. He clearly explained the pros and cons of each rug and never tried to oversell. It’s rare to find someone so genuine in sales these days.
Brilliant service starting from when Kobi came out to the house to measure up and quote. Big shout out to Kobi as he was very friendly, efficient, helpful and informative and made us feel confident in using Carpet Call. The excellence service continued throughout the whole process. The installation guy, Mark did an excellent job with installing the floors. We could t be happier with our new flooring, thank you to all involved and we would certainly use carpet call Midland again.
I selected a carpet from samples provided by Carpet Call Midland, only to discover after installation that it was not the carpet I had chosen. It appears the sample I selected from was outdated, yet the sample had not been removed from circulation. The store manager Ainsteen, visited my home on my invitation and verbally acknowledged that the installed carpet was different from the sample from which I chose. Carpet Call in Midland, such great service. Kobi came and measured for our whole house, he was so friendly and professional. They installed it all in 3hrs. Looks fabulous ave they were a great team. Praying sold us a rug today, very helpful and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend.
Spoke with Dayyaan about getting new carpet for my home to replace the old carpet and had a great experience. He came out for a home appointment, took measurements, and brought carpet samples which made it much easier to choose and see how it would look before installing. He was easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and made the whole process simple. Would definitely recommend.
