Josh at Carpet Call made everything so easy. Super knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted, found the perfect carpet within my budget, and no hard sell at all. Install was quick and clean, and he even checked in after to make sure I was happy. Genuine service and great results. Highly recommend asking for Josh, you won’t be disappointed!
Great sales service by Josh and his team at Midland Carpet Call. The laying of timber flooring by Oscar and especially Pat is superb. Pat is a perfectionist and I hardly have to clean up as he had done a fantastic job. Great work guys and thank you!
Went into Carpet Call Midland and got introduced to Josh. Josh got Koby to come out that afternoon to price up to replace the carpet. Koby was friendly and very easy to deal with. Once I picked the carpet Koby got Josh on the phone and I discussed a price with Josh which was very close to what I wanted to spend. Deal was done and then 2 car layer come out and did a great job with carpets on the stairs and the upstairs rooms and hall way. Left the place clean and tidy.
Brilliant service starting from when Kobi came out to the house to measure up and quote. Big shout out to Kobi as he was very friendly, efficient, helpful and informative and made us feel confident in using Carpet Call. The excellence service continued throughout the whole process. The installation guy, Mark did an excellent job with installing the floors. We could t be happier with our new flooring, thank you to all involved and we would certainly use carpet call Midland again.
Mr. Sharma is not just a salesperson he’s someone who truly cares about his customers. He took the time to understand my needs and made thoughtful suggestions. I really appreciated his patience and honesty. I would happily return for future purchases. What I liked most about Mr. Sharma was his honesty. He clearly explained the pros and cons of each rug and never tried to oversell. It’s rare to find someone so genuine in sales these days.
