Milad was very helpful, polite and patient during the process of helping me find the right rug for my lounge. He arranged for the correct sized rug that they did not have in stock to be delivered to the store within 24 hours for me to pick up. It was great to be able to have a look at the rug in my space first before making a decision and the price was also good.Thanks again!
Appalling installation experience. If we could give less than 1 star we would. What was supposed to be the simple install of a stair runner has turned into a disaster. Firstly the installer has somehow managed to break one of the stairs (what the???), then to top it off despite paying extra to have the carpet edged he decided the best course of action was to cut it into sections to install it - so not the edging is all unravelling!!!! We now have to have the stairs repaired and the entire job redone. Simply hopeless. M... read more
Very happy with the work and quality overall. We got our shutters, blinds, floor boards, curtains and rugs from Carpet call Mentone. Everyone involved were really amazing to deal with. Mihir did an amazing job with the curtains from Measurements to fitting.. absolutely perfect we love it. Highly recommend him.
