Jamie and Ben were great to deal with. Made good recommendations for the right product and spent the time with us even though the job was only for a couple of bedrooms. Friendly, professional And knowledgeable. Would recommend to family and friends.
Shout out to Matt who was great at helping me with what flooring for my apartment. He wasn’t pushy or in my face. He was knowledgeable and patient as he showed me options. He pitched perfectly to my budget and helped with colours and textures. I’m still ye to choose but he was able to do a quote on the spot. Most grateful.
Replaced the floor boards and carpets in my apartment through the Maribyrnong carpet call branch. Extremely happy with the quality and customer service. Collin was very helpful and responsive, provided regular updates and follow ups. Floorboards and carpets were exactly as described and were installed in a timely manner as promised. In April 2024 I purchased this pure wool rug from Carpet Call in Highpoint. At the time I thought the rug salesperson was extremely helpful and offered a good discount. In hindsight he was just looking to make a sale. Well 18 months down the track, this rug sits between my couch and tv and apparently the pilling is considered wear and tear...for a pure wool rug! Shout out to Ben and team at carpet call in assisting with the laminate flooring for my apartment in Nth Melb. Ben, being an ex-installer made some 'in-the-know' suggestions when he quoted which ended up making a huge cosmetic difference to the job.
