Carpet Call is amazing! Jamie, the store manager, was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. We were planning to install hybrid floating floors everywhere, but it turned out they could not be installed in the back room because the floor was too uneven. Shah & his assistant were great at helping us choose a rug for our Victorian style lounge. we wanted a classic look with a detailed border, & not so busy centre that blended well with our oak hybrid floor.
Jayden was incredible! He has been reliable, responsive, and very helpful with filling in the gaps in our knowledge. it helps that he is really friendly and approachable, and has the relevant information. I would happily recommend Jayden and his expertise. The tradesman who installed our carpet was also pleasant to work with and everything got done in under 10 days, which worked very well for us.
