They both took the time to explain everything thoroughly, show me different designs and make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They were friendly, professional and made the whole process easy. KP (Keyur) did an excellent job; the rug was the final piece in our tour, and we were exhausted. However, his consultation provided us with a fresh start and confidence in not only the products, but also the cooling period.
We came into the McGregor store today to buy three rugs. The rug salesman was not in store but Leon was very professional and courteous in helping us by three rugs today would strongly recommend.
Harry was very understanding of our situation and answered all questions we had about the carpet and underlay options. He helped my dad and my family get back into a warm bedroom and living room after four months of flood damage and waiting on insurers. I would highly recommend Harry down at MacGregor. Thanks mate!
Would not recommend if you have plants that you care about. Wouldn’t park in the free parking less then 50 meters from house and choose to park on a yellow line just to crush front garden plants.
