Avoid Carpet Call at all costs. Dealing with them has been a masterclass in corporate dishonesty. They installed glue down vinyl flooring on my 40-year-old slab without performing the mandatory moisture and pH testing required by Australian Standard AS 1884:2021. This was the first of many lies. Cannot speak highly enough of the quality of customer service, the quality of the flooring, and the unbeatable price! Called Carpet Call and had Max come out for advice and a quote. Thanks to his expertise everything went super-smoothly. The result is beyond my expectations and am totally delighted. Max ensured that the whole process from initial call to the quote and laying was expertly handled by all involved. To start with, first time when the installer visited, parts were missing from the package, the installation was then rescheduled, right after that, at the second appointment, we noticed the curtains were not correctly measured and were literally dragging on the floor, now less than 2 weeks after the installation, half of the rail came off from the wall, a freshly renovated wall is now ruined, and I wonder how the rest of the rail is holding up there, the curtain might fall off at anything and damage more of the wall. Picked up our hybrid flooring today from the warehouse. Around 1/3 of the boxes were already damaged while still on the pallet in front of the warehouse before we finished loading. When we raised it, James suggested we may have caused the damage. Replacement boxes were provided, but they were thrown onto the pallet in a careless manner. The situation could have been handled more professionally, James!!!

To anyone that is thinking of using Carpet Call for Shutters. DON'T!!!!!!!!!! I am writing this review more than 12 months after we placed our order. After being initially told 6 to 8 weeks that quickly became 'at least 10 weeks" at check measure. Reality was our part install was 6 1/2 months after ordering or 27 weeks. It became obvious to me that Carpet Call was lying throughout this period about several aspects. Beware......they will do that.
