Leo was great in helping us decide on flooring and carpet for our home.He came to site for measure up and presented us with a competitive quote. We installed the flooring ourselves. We had to pick up the flooring from the Thornton store which we didn’t realise when making the purchase. Was a little bit annoying making two trips to Thornton. We are absolutely delighted. 1st store we entered-CarpetCALL Kotara. Ashley appoached us kindly.I showed her a rug I liked and she instantly went to the wall and showed my their comparison and it was perfect. She then took me through the area in my home and expertly showed me the best way to match my zones and style. Ashley was on point. She is warm, kind and very knowledgable. I love our purchase and highly reccomend her to anyone needing flooring.
Ashleigh in the rug department was amazing! I absolutely love the colours she picked out for me they suited me perfectly and made me feel so confident. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and the whole experience was so welcoming and professional. Highly recommend!
Excellent service. Great range of rugs and very helpful staff at the Kotara store. Thanks to the guys for wrapping it up. Special thanks to Ash for her help and knowledge on choosing the rug we purchased. Would definitely recommend and buy from again.
