We are absolutely delighted. 1st store we entered-CarpetCALL Kotara. Ashley appoached us kindly.I showed her a rug I liked and she instantly went to the wall and showed my their comparison and it was perfect. She then took me through the area in my home and expertly showed me the best way to match my zones and style. Ashley was on point. She is warm, kind and very knowledgable. I love our purchase and highly reccomend her to anyone needing flooring.
Ashleigh in the rug department was amazing! I absolutely love the colours she picked out for me they suited me perfectly and made me feel so confident. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and the whole experience was so welcoming and professional. Highly recommend!
Extremely disappointed with my experience with Carpet Call Mega Blinds. I wanted to support a local business, but unfortunately this has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. I honestly would not recommend this company to anyone and strongly suggest looking at other options before choosing them. Excellent service. Great range of rugs and very helpful staff at the Kotara store. Thanks to the guys for wrapping it up. Special thanks to Ash for her help and knowledge on choosing the rug we purchased. Would definitely recommend and buy from again.
Had some flooring installed about 5 weeks ago. After further inspection it’s a pretty terrible job. Multiple boards not glued down, dirt in the sealant and glue stains all over the flooring I can’t get off. I went to the store to inform them and was told to email photos through. After a week of no response, I returned to the store only for the person working there to say they forgot to forward the email on.
