We had several quotes done and Carpet Call offered better carpets at cheaper prices ($2000+ less) but, more importantly, their service was impeccable. The team at Joondalup where great from start to finish. The team helped guide us through the selection process and went through the different product offerings. The installation was great, clean and the final product was fantastic.
Prabin is dangerously good at their job. I walked into the store out of pure curiosity, and within twenty minutes, I was convinced that my bare hardwood floors were a personal insult to my ancestors. They wrapped up my new rug so fast I didn't even have time to process the financial damage. I’m currently sitting on my new rug in an empty room because I can no longer afford furniture, but honestly? No regrets.
Had the best experience with those guys Zak was the guy helping us at the store very nice guy he answered all of questions Paid and few days after they came and removed all my old carpets and installed new vinyl The guy that installed it ( steve ) he was really really good as well Over all experience 10/10
