I cannot praise Carpet Call Joondalup highly enough. We had several quotes done and Carpet Call offered better carpets at cheaper prices ($2000+ less) but, more importantly, their service was impeccable. The team at Joondalup where great from start to finish. The team helped guide us through the selection process and went through the different product offerings. The installation was great, clean and the final product was fantastic.
Had the best experience with those guys Zak was the guy helping us at the store very nice guy he answered all of questions Paid and few days after they came and removed all my old carpets and installed new vinyl The guy that installed it ( steve ) he was really really good as well Over all experience 10/10
Prabin is an absolute machine. They flipped over about 40 heavy-duty wool rugs in ten minutes just to help me find the perfect shade of beige. Incredible upper-body strength and fantastic customer service!
