Having used Carpet Call Joondalup at our previous address we were after a quote for our new residence. Staff were very helpful in providing quote which we were happy to accept. Install was organised very quickly. Installer was very professional and did a great job. Extremely happy with final result.
Had the best experience with those guys Zak was the guy helping us at the store very nice guy he answered all of questions Paid and few days after they came and removed all my old carpets and installed new vinyl The guy that installed it ( steve ) he was really really good as well Over all experience 10/10

Great service, so many carpet options but the staff made selecting the right carpet easy.
Very poor service for shutters. Had measurements taken and paid in November/ December 2024 and now, in May 2025 we are yet to be given an ETA on installation. They can’t even say where the shutters actually are. All that “State manager” Josh can say, and all he has been saying for the past three months is that the shutters are “on the water” and “will installed the day after they are received”.
