We were in need of an outdoor rug for our new deck. Although the store didnt have what we required in stock Daljit was able to advise us on the best option that would suit our needs. We ordered a rug sight unseen which we were hesitatant to do at first however our decision was put at ease with him explaining if you don't like it no problem we are happy to refund you. We received the rug aproximately 6 weeks later and couldn't be happier. Thank you to Dljit and the store for making this an easy stress free experience!
I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality from this Jandakot store! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and professional. The salesman Lewis was knowledgeable, patient, and not too pushy. He helped me choose the perfect carpet to match my home and budget.

After agreeing to the Price and waiting for communication, I received a text within a couple of days saying hard flooring installed Tuesday 13th January. And carpet being installed Thursday 15th January. Then no communication until I called 4pm Monday 12th January. I called and asked if install still happening next day and if know a time. The receptionist said that I would get a message or call between 7:30-9:30am the next day and if I haven't heard by 10am to call back. Without asking my details etc to check.
