I had a great experience with this company. Prabin Sharma was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. They arrived on time, measured everything accurately, and provided a fair quote. The carpet quality is excellent, and the installation was smooth and efficient. I’m very satisfied with the overall service and would highly recommend them.
Noah, looked after me, very personalised experience, super satisfied with the service and product knowledge. Thank you Carpet Call! We just had the carpet laid, mint job by Raymond and Wilfredo, top blokes producing professional carpet installation, thanks again carpet call!!
Very polite & helpful staff. Thank you Ahmed for your assistance to take out & recommending all the carpets to us. . 🙏🏻🙏🏻
We were in need of an outdoor rug for our new deck. Although the store didnt have what we required in stock Daljit was able to advise us on the best option that would suit our needs. We ordered a rug sight unseen which we were hesitatant to do at first however our decision was put at ease with him explaining if you don't like it no problem we are happy to refund you. We received the rug aproximately 6 weeks later and couldn't be happier. Thank you to Dljit and the store for making this an easy stress free experience!
Prabin provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to help us find the perfect rug for our home. He answered all our questions without any pressure and made the whole experience enjoyable. We’re thrilled with our purchase and highly recommend asking for Prabin if you’re looking for exceptional service!
