We were in need of an outdoor rug for our new deck. Although the store didnt have what we required in stock Daljit was able to advise us on the best option that would suit our needs. We ordered a rug sight unseen which we were hesitatant to do at first however our decision was put at ease with him explaining if you don't like it no problem we are happy to refund you. We received the rug aproximately 6 weeks later and couldn't be happier. Thank you to Dljit and the store for making this an easy stress free experience!
We have used Carpet Call several times now in our different homes for both carpet and solid wood flooring. We have nothing but praise and appreciation for Josh Hulton who works there. He was extremely responsive and very professional throughout the entire process. His extensive knowledge of their products really helped us select the products that best suited our needs. Josh came to measure our house for carpet and we had a great experience. He was prompt, polite, and very professional throughout the visit. Not Happy,flooring was ready to be installed today, came to a stop because of vinyl flooring needed grinding up and was told it would cost thousands, when quoted the guy saw the vinyl flooring. Our house is empty we can't live in it, head office will not speak to us, Jandakot Store no one will answer. The installer was told to pack up all of our new flooring that we have paid in full. We feel absolutely let down, oh and the delays before hand. Come on guys fix this problem, we are waiting.
While I got the rug i went in there for, though it had to be ordered and delivered 3-4 weeks. The offer to store the rug for when I needed it, was also offered, which i wanted. After issues with my contact number being incorrect on paperwork and repeated calls providing my correct number to him. I made a call again at 7 weeks, to be told he has been trying to call me, i said i have given my correct details, he said its here and will be delivered within 3 days.
