I had a great experience with the team at Carpet Call Indooroopilly and highly recommend them. This is the second time I've used Carpet Call for flooring and on both occasions I've been impressed with the result. I recently got hybrid food flooring in my home and Faryan managed to secure the last stock of what I previously used (and at a great price)! Pushy staff We visited the store yesterday just to browse, and I told the salesperson we’d ask if we needed help. Still, he approached us three times, each with a sales pitch about weekend specials and product quality. I’ve been here many times, and there’s always a sale. Pease, let customers browse in peace and offer help only when asked. To management: all your other stores are like this too. Maybe it’s about time you adopted more honest and customer-friendly marketing techniques?
Carpet Call Indooroopilly provided a friendly and professional service installing new hybrid flooring for us. They were flexible with install times, and their installer worked super-hard to get it installed withing our time frame. Highly recommend them, very responsive to queries throughout the process.
Carpet layers were good but not impressed with the rest of the business. They will say anything to get a sale. Took 4 skirting boards off. Snapped one and left me to repair them. I recommend avoiding this lot. Use someone local and aussie
Very pleased with Coretec flooring laid over existing cork and a particular thank you to Jeevithan and Nilojan who did the installing. This seems to be an excellent solution without having to remove the existing kitchen and family room cork floor. Also done speedily with the minimum of disruption.
