Carpetcall Frankston ( Power Center) is the place to go for old fashion honest to goodness customer service. Ask for Jake, he is so good and really looks after you, nothing is a problem for him. The carpet layers were really good, very efficient,polite and had the job done in the amount of time they said they would. Very Happy with everything.
Andre was a gentleman in store and provided me with ample time to discuss what my best options were. He even went above and beyond to call his area manager Brad to accommodate my specific needs regarding installation dates and assisting with my disability requirements. Highly recommended!
