The good: The price was reasonable. The sales process was more thorough than competitors. The carpet was installed on the day booked. The bad: The carpet layer made an enormous mess. When it came clean up time, he told me that he did not have a vaccuum. He asked me if I had a vaccuum. I told him that I did not. He asked me if I could go purchase a vaccuum. The return policy is terrible. I bought a rug that took forever to arrive(over 3 months). I decided I didn't want it and asked them if I could get a refund. They completely refused and gave me and instore credit valid for an year. It was their fault but made me pay for it.
