From the moment we organised a quote through to the final carpet installation, I was genuinely impressed with CC Fountain Gate. The team were friendly, professional and easy to work with, and they supported us at every step of the process. Pricing was very competitive and they took the time to ensure we were completely happy with the final installation details before we signed off. The end result looks fantastic and the workmanship was excellent. Highly recommended.
Carpet just looks amazing. No hassle just choose one and they will come on given date and time and install it. I am old-school still love carpet them laminations. I thinks carpet give a room a character. So I choose Carpet call.
The good: The price was reasonable. The sales process was more thorough than competitors. The carpet was installed on the day booked. The bad: The carpet layer made an enormous mess. When it came clean up time, he told me that he did not have a vaccuum. He asked me if I had a vaccuum. I told him that I did not. He asked me if I could go purchase a vaccuum. We had a really amazing experience with Brad and Robert! They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us with choosing the perfect carpet and floorboards for our new home. Their expertise (and patience 😅) made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Very disappointing service! The service was completely contradictory to when we were there to spend the money as to when we needed some help! Customer service is the key! There is a way to speak to the customer which shocked me on my last visit to the store. Treating the customers miserably is not going to bring the business. The store needs training with customer service etiquettes when customers are approaching for assistance. Never ever coming back and would not even recommend to anyone else.
