The good: The price was reasonable. The sales process was more thorough than competitors. The carpet was installed on the day booked. The bad: The carpet layer made an enormous mess. When it came clean up time, he told me that he did not have a vaccuum. He asked me if I had a vaccuum. I told him that I did not. He asked me if I could go purchase a vaccuum.
