RecommendedIt was a public holiday when we were looking for carpet as we had been so busy in the Christmas break. Being the only time I got a chance to do anything, I started calling around for carpet stores in Brisbane. Mostly everyone was closed except Carpet Call Fortitude Valley. RecommendedRohit from Carpet Call delivered 4 rugs to my apartment for my review late yesterday. Rohit was outstanding, he helped me move furniture, try different colour options, waited whilst I took photos and sought advice from friends. He was polite, knowledgeable, patient and very supportive. Thank-you Rohit, you are a star.
Zero star is even more for them. The WORST company to deal with. I paid in full, they delivered faulty product; I didn't get full refund. Rather paid $370.00 for nothing plus they degraded my current carpet. The General Manager never gets back with replies....
A big mistake to pay in full for our stairs to be carpeted in December 2016. Despite at least a half dozen phone calls to see when the carpet install will be done - we are still without carpet that was set to be laid before our visitors arrived for Xmas! Same excuse every time - "we'll ring head office", "we'll look into it and call you back"... but we have never had a promise fulfilled.
